Our office for Jarasandh Homes Private Limited is over in Danapur, specifically in Dhivara village. If you know the area near Shikarpur post office, we aren't too far from there. The police station is Shahpur, so that gives you an idea of the jurisdiction we fall under. Being in 801105 means we are a bit on the edge of the main Patna rush, which is actually quite nice most days. We don’t do things the corporate way because we aren't a corporate giant. We are just a local team. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy during the monsoon, but that is just life in this part of Bihar. We mostly deal with land and home projects around this side of town. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and sorting out paperwork with the local offices. We started this because we saw how much Danapur was growing and wanted to be part of it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to keep our files and sit down for tea while we discuss the next steps for a project. We don't have a marketing team writing this for us. It is just one of us sitting here typing this out. We know the soil and the streets around Dhivara well. That’s about all there is to it. We just keep working and hope the projects turn out okay for everyone involved. We like the slow pace here compared to the city center and it helps us focus on our tasks.
