Our company, Barabar Agrotech Producer Company Limited, is based at Sunil Kumar and Ramchandra Yadav’s place in the village of Tola Suganwan. This is in the Makhdumpur area. We are essentially a group of farmers who joined together to handle our agricultural work more effectively. Our office is just a simple room in the village where we keep our tools and some records. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big corporate team. It’s just us and a few helpers from the neighborhood. Most of our days are spent out in the sun, checking the fields and making sure the crops are doing okay. Suganwan is a quiet village, and we like it that way. We focus on the practical tasks like sowing, weeding, and harvesting. We don't spend much time worrying about being the "best." We just want to get a decent crop and make sure everyone involved gets their fair share. It’s a lot of physical work, and sometimes we get pretty tired, but that’s the nature of farming. We’re just local people doing what we’ve always done, just under a company name now. If you’re ever in Makhdumpur, you’ll find us near the fields. We usually have a bit of mud on our boots and a lot on our minds. But we wouldn't have it any other way. It's just plain work for us.
