Iyom India Construction is based in Patna, right on the third floor of NRI Plaza on Rajeev Nagar Main Road. Even though we are in a plaza near Patliputra, we aren't the type to sit around in suits all day. Most of our actual work happens out on the dusty roads and construction sites of the city. We are a local team that handles various building projects across Patna. We don't go in for all that corporate talk about visions and missions. We just focus on the practical side of things, like getting the right grade of cement and making sure the workers are staying on schedule. Rajeev Nagar is a busy spot, and being based here makes it easy for us to get around to different sites. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of urban construction, which can be a bit of a headache with the traffic and the noise. But we enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished building. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials. Most people find out about us by seeing our sites or talking to Avinash Kumar. We keep our language simple and our work honest. It is just about getting the structures up and making sure they are done right without any extra fluff or expensive advertisements. We just stick to the work we know.
