Illuminati It Solution

We are based out of Patna, specifically on Post Office Road in the Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are near the J D Womens College and the Central Bank. Illuminati It Solution is a small operation. We spend most of our time looking at screens or dealing with tangled wires and hardware parts. The office isn't very big, and it's usually filled with computers that are in various stages of being fixed or set up for customers. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of work coming in at once, especially on Monday mornings. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. The neighborhood is usually quite busy with students from the college walking by all day. We have been here for a few years and have gotten to know the other shop owners on the street. It is a practical environment. We have some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and there is usually a stack of invoices and manuals on the main desk. We don't use much jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what is wrong with their tech and how we can fix it. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the street lights finally come on. We often eat our lunch at the desks while we keep working.
