IFFAH DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We started Iffah Developers some time ago. We are based out of Machhua Toli, right in the Sandhya Apartment on Ramna Road. It's a small setup on the third floor, specifically flat 302. People around here know the area well. My family and I have lived in Patna for years. Most days, you can find us at the office dealing with paperwork or talking to folks about their land and building needs. It’s not a huge operation with fancy glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where we try to get things done. Building stuff in a city like this takes a lot of patience. There are always rules to follow and people to meet. We mostly focus on local projects near our part of town. Sometimes it gets loud outside because of the traffic on Ramna Road, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and meeting people face-to-face. If you are walking down near the Machhua Toli area, you might have passed by our building already. We keep things pretty simple here. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just doing our part in the construction field here in Bihar. It feels good to see something actually get built from the ground up. That’s what we do every day. It's not glamorous but it's what we know.
