I A Infotech Computer Foundation is located in Ward No. 10, right near Teengachha Tola in Narayanpur. It is a bit of a walk from the main road in the North Block area, but most people in the panch-Raghopur area know the way. We started this place because we noticed there weren't many spots nearby where someone could just sit down and learn how to use a computer properly. The office isn't anything fancy with glass walls or shiny signs. It is just a practical room with some sturdy desks and a few rows of computers. We have some older machines that still work fine and a couple of newer ones for the more difficult tasks. Dealing with the frequent power cuts in Raghopur is just part of our daily routine, so we have some backups to keep things moving. Locals come here to learn basic typing or how to browse the internet for government forms. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a keyboard. During the rainy season, the road outside gets quite muddy and messy, but our regulars still show up. It is nice to see the neighbors trying to pick up some new skills. We keep the doors open for most of the day, and if someone has a question about a printout, they just walk right in. It’s a simple, honest setup for the community here.
