Hsmb Developers Private Limited is located right at Nyi Sadak Chawk in Patna. We are on the fourth floor of the Jagdamba Apartment building. It’s a pretty busy spot in the city, so there is always something going on outside. The apartment is where we do all our planning and meeting with contractors. Since we are on the fourth floor, it stays a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers or the project schedules. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. There are some old chairs and a big table for maps and plans. The elevator works most of the time, but we don't mind walking up if we have to. Working in Patna means we are right in the middle of everything. We handle a variety of development tasks and our days are usually filled with visits to different sites across the city. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work and making sure the projects get finished. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline, and you can see the city lights from our windows. It’s just a regular office for a group of people who are trying to build things in the local area. We’ve been here for a while and the routine works for us.
