Our office is at 129 Gautam Buddha Colony, which is on Subash Chandra Bose Road in the Tilkamanjhi area. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to work on house designs and interior stuff. Houseberries Developers and Interiors Private Limited is really just a bunch of us who like making spaces look a bit better than they did before. We handle the structural parts and the inside work too, though things can get messy when we are in the middle of a project. Tilkamanjhi is a good place to be based because it is central to where most of our work happens. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and picking out materials that won’t break the bank. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get to site visits quickly, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just like seeing a room come together after a few weeks of hard work. Our team knows how to deal with local suppliers and we’ve figured out over time which ones actually deliver what they promise. If you stop by the colony, you’ll probably see our sign or just hear us talking about measurements. It’s a decent living and we get to stay close to home while doing it. We don't use much jargon, just plain talk about walls and paint.
