HOLLY HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Our base is House Number B/15 in the Police Colony area of Anisabad, right across from the ICICI Bank. It is a well-known neighborhood in Patna, and being near the bank makes it easy to give people directions. Holly House Infrastructure is a small operation, and we like it that way. We use the ground floor for our office work, mostly handling the planning and the boring stuff like payroll and permits. The Gardanibagh police station is not far away either, so the area feels pretty settled. We have been working on infrastructure projects for a while now. Some days are just filled with phone calls to contractors, and other days we are out at a site getting our shoes dirty and checking the levels. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you will probably just find one of us drinking tea and looking at a blueprint. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. Construction has a lot of moving parts, and things do not always go as planned, but we just deal with the problems as they come up. We are not into making big promises we can't keep. We just want to finish the work we started and move on to the next one. It is a simple business model, really. We have stayed in Anisabad because it is a good central spot for us to reach our projects across the city.
