HICCUP BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED has its office at Flat Number 11 in the Baraj Kunj Apartment. This is over in Anandpuri, right on West Boring Canal Road in Patna. It is a very central part of town, which makes it easy for us to get around, though the traffic on Boring Road can be a real nightmare sometimes. Being in an apartment means it’s a quiet place to work compared to the street outside. We handle building projects and construction management. It is just a few of us in the office most days. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. We mostly just work on our current jobs and try to keep things on track. The apartment is a comfortable enough spot to go over blueprints or talk to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It is a regular Patna life here. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are just local guys who know how to put a building together. West Boring Canal Road is a good place to be because everything you need is close by. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to finish the paperwork. It is a simple way of working. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we will show up and do the job as planned without making a big fuss.
