You can find us inside the Hotel Samrat Arked building on Frazer Road. It is a very busy part of Patna, so there is always a lot of noise outside from the traffic. We have been here for some time now. Being near a hotel means we get people staying there and also locals who work in the offices nearby. It’s a decent spot for a quick haircut or a facial. We keep the mirrors clean and the towels washed. It’s just me and two other staff members. We don't do anything too complicated, just the standard beauty treatments people ask for. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the afternoons. The lighting inside is okay, not too bright. We have a small sink for hair washing that can be a bit temperamental with the water temperature. We try our best to make everyone feel okay while they are here. Most of our regulars are women who work in the shops around Frazer Road. They come in during their lunch break. We don't have any fancy music playing, usually just the sound of the street outside. It’s a practical place to get your work done. We don't use big words or try to sell you things you don't need. Just tell us what you want and we do it. The floor gets messy with hair, but we sweep it up often. Sometimes the lift in the building doesn't work well, but the stairs are okay.
