We are located on the fourth floor of Om Prabhat Enclave, which is over at Saguna More on Mangalm Road. Being in Flat 403 gives us a bit of a view of the heavy traffic that always seems to be moving through that part of Patna. It’s a busy building with a lot of other things going on, so the hallways are usually full of people. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for our engineering and construction planning. We have the usual desks and chairs, and there is always a stack of papers waiting to be signed. The elevator in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It keeps us moving, at least. We don't do much in the way of fancy decor or professional staging. It’s a workspace for people who are busy with actual construction. We spend our mornings coordinating with site managers and our afternoons dealing with the technical hurdles that always pop up. It is a bit of a grind, but we are used to it by now. The Saguna More area is great for logistics, even with the traffic, because it connects us to a lot of different parts of the region. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to stay on top of the schedule.
