If you are looking for us, we are on the 4th floor of Sai Vatika. That’s at number 310 on the Danapur-Khagaul Road in Patna. The business is run from Rakesh Kumar Sinha’s place. It’s a busy road with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. From the 4th floor, we can see a lot of the development happening in the area. We focus on housing projects, mostly trying to get people into their own homes. It’s a lot of talking to buyers and showing them plans for what we’re building. The office is usually cluttered with site maps and legal papers. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; you just come in and talk to whoever is available. Rakesh is usually around to handle the big questions. The Danapur area has changed so much in the last few years, and we’ve been right here watching it happen. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s common here. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy brochures. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they often are. We try to be clear about costs and how long things will take. It’s a practical business for a growing part of Patna, and we take it one day at a time without any fuss.
