The city is always under construction, so there is no shortage of things to do. We don't have a shiny office in a commercial building; we just work from here and spend most of our time out on the field. My days are filled with looking at site plans and making sure the trucks arrive on time. It can be stressful when things go wrong, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or friends of friends. We just try to do the work properly so we don't have to go back and fix mistakes later. It’s a small family-run feel here.
