Gunsa Estate Developers Private Limited operates out of the Khagaul and Phulwarisarif area in Patna. Our office is located at the house of Sri Syed Nayab Hasmi in Milki Yana. We have been in this part of Patna for a long time, so we know the land and the neighborhoods pretty well. Developing property here is quite a task because things are always changing and the city is getting more crowded every day. We aren't one of those massive developers with huge billboards all over the city. We are more of a family-run style operation. We look at plots of land and figure out how to make them useful for people. It involves a lot of talking to neighbors and sorting through local rules. Sometimes the process is slow and can be frustrating, but we stay patient. We don't use a lot of fancy talk to describe our projects. We just want to build places where people can actually live or work without any trouble. Our team is small, mostly made up of people we’ve known for years.
