GRMANAV CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

GRMANAV CONSTRUCTIONS is a one-person company based in Miyan Bigha, which is part of the Nardiganj area in Nawada. It’s a small village setup. I run everything from my home office here. Being an OPC means I handle a lot of the details myself. I started this because I wanted to work for myself instead of some big company in a city far away. Nawada has its challenges, like getting materials delivered to a small village like Kahuara, but I make it work. I focus on small construction jobs. Most of my day is spent on the phone or out at a site checking on the few guys I hire for specific tasks. I don't have a big marketing budget. Usually, a friend tells a friend, and that’s how I get work. It’s a quiet way to live. I don't need a lot of fancy things. Just enough work to keep the lights on and the family fed. Some days are stressful when the money is tight or a project gets delayed, but that’s the risk of being a business owner. I’ve lived in Miyan Bigha my whole life, so people know I’m not going anywhere. If I do a bad job, I have to see those people every day at the market. So I try to do things right. It is just me and my work here.
