Green Homes Buildtech is located on the third floor of the Fazal Imam Complex. We took over shops 9, 10, 11, and 12 in Block A to have enough room for everyone. Frazer Road is one of the busiest spots in Patna, so there is always noise coming up from the street. We’ve been working out of this office for some time now. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of rolled-up maps and plans. Running a building company in a place like this means you spend half your time in traffic and the other half dealing with paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work on the homes we build. People come into the office to talk about their future houses, and we try to give them straight answers. There is no corporate polish here. If the chai guy is late, we all notice. We have a small team of people who have been with us since the start. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle people’s money and dreams, so we take the work seriously even if the office feels a bit casual. The elevators in the complex are sometimes slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us active. We enjoy being in the middle of the city where everything is happening. There’s always someone to call.
