GRACY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is up on the third floor, Flat 301, in the Ambey Maa Penguin Residency. It’s right there on Indrapuri Road Number 2 in Patliputra. It is a decent building, though the lift can be a bit slow on rainy days. Being in Patliputra is good because we are close to everything. We have been doing construction work for a while now under the name Gracy Construction. It is a small team, mainly just a few of us who handle the site visits and the billing. We don't have a big receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make some tea on a small stove in the corner of the room. Most of our work is around this part of Patna. We see a lot of buildings going up around here, and we try to stay busy with our own projects. Sometimes the materials don't show up when they are supposed to. The rain often stops us from pouring concrete, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to contractors and trying to get the sand and gravel delivered. It gets a bit noisy in the office with the window open to the street, but you get used to it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building walls and roofs for people who need them. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going every day. This part of town is changing fast and we are just trying to keep up.
