GRACE ENGICON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is up on the fourth floor of Sudha Nil Apartment, which is Flat 402. We are located in the New Patliputra Colony area of Patna. It’s quite a nice spot, right near the CISF building, so it is pretty easy for people to find us when they come for a meeting. We started Grace Engicon Private Limited as a way to handle local engineering and construction projects around Bihar. It is just a few of us working out of this flat most days. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we don't mind the wait. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with running a business like this. Living and working in Patna means we are always in the middle of everything. Patliputra Colony is a good place to be because it's central. We usually have the windows open when the weather is decent. You won't find any flashy signs outside, just a small plate near the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans on the big table. It is a practical workspace for what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job without any fuss. Being in Sudha Nil feels more like home than a cold office, which suits us just fine. We have been here for a while and like the neighborhood.
