We are located over on Jopling Road, specifically in Flat No 101 on the first floor of Block B in Emerald Court. It’s a busy spot, but we like being central. Gps Inaaya Heights Llp is the name on the door. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to contractors. Being in an apartment complex ourselves gives us a good perspective on what makes a place liveable. It’s not always quiet in the office, especially when there are three or four things happening at once. We handle a lot of the details that go into height projects and residential spaces. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on supplies. We aren't some massive corporation; we're just a group of people trying to manage projects well. It can get stressful when things don't go according to plan, which happens more often than you'd think in this business. But we just keep at it. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood. People drop by the office on Jopling Road when they have questions. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. It’s honest work and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. We just want the buildings to be solid.
