Gister Construction (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation located in Khajpura, Patna. We are in the Saket Bihar Apartment, specifically in Flat Number 103. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person show mostly, though there are always people coming in and out to help with various tasks. The apartment complex is a decent place to work from, and it’s easy to find if you know the Khajpura area. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of documents related to construction work. Most of the time is spent coordinating between different sites and making sure the labor is showing up. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when you are managing things yourself. There isn't much time for anything else once the projects get started. We use the local markets for most things and know the suppliers by name. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. No corporate talk here, just plain English and regular work.
