Genex Moti Construction House Private Limited is located right at Dakbunglow Chowk in Siwan. If you know Siwan at all, you know how busy that intersection gets with all the rickshaws and people moving around. We have been here for a while and the office is usually a bit of a mess with all the paperwork and plans scattered around. Being at such a central spot means people are always dropping in to ask questions or just to chat about local news. Construction is a tough business to be in especially when the costs of sand and iron keep changing every week. We just try to keep things moving. Most of our days are spent on the phone trying to coordinate between the different sites we have going on. It’s noisy and dusty at the chowk but it’s a good place to be if you want to be where the action is. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to finish the houses we are working on so we can get paid and start the next one. Sometimes the rain stops us for days and we just have to sit in the office drinking tea and waiting for the ground to dry up. It’s a bit unpredictable but we like it that way. Siwan is our home and we just do our part in building it up.
