Flytant Developers Private Limited operates out of Flat No 404 - A in Janki Apart, which is located in the Kankar Bagh area. It is not a very large office, just a regular apartment where we have set up some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time here looking over maps and talking to people about local property. Kankar Bagh is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We have a small team, and we don't really bother with fancy suits or corporate talk. Most days, someone is running out to get tea from the stall downstairs while the rest of us are on the phone trying to clear up some paperwork. The building itself is pretty standard for the area, and we’ve been in this specific flat for a while now. We handle various development tasks, mostly focusing on the practical side of getting things built and making sure the documents are in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different offices and contractors. People usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign in the hallway. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us surrounded by stacks of files and blueprints. We just try to get the work done as it comes. It's a bit messy sometimes, but that is how real work looks.
