Florian Buildcon Private Limited

Florian Buildcon is located over in Anisabad, right in M.M. Colony. We’re in Block-D, specifically H/No 1694/1, which is Achyuta Kumar’s place. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main Khagaul road, though the traffic still finds its way near us. We’ve been working out of this part of Patna for a while now. The team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for years. We don't have a big reception area or anyone wearing suits. Usually, you’ll find us in old shirts with some cement dust on our shoes. We do a lot of small-scale building and renovation work around this side of town. It’s nice because we can get to the sites quickly without spending half the day stuck near the railway crossing. We’ve seen this colony change quite a bit over the years as more houses go up and the streets get paved. Our way of working is pretty simple: we look at what needs to be built, figure out the cost, and then try our best to stay on schedule. Of course, sometimes the laborers don't show up after a holiday, or the truck gets stuck, but we manage. We’re just trying to do a decent job so that when we walk down the street, we don't have to hide from anyone we’ve worked for. It is just about getting the work done right.
