You can find Ficus Construction Private Limited over at Binda in Mushahari. We are right there in Muzaffarpur, which is usually a pretty busy place to be. We started this because there was a lot of need for someone local to handle building work without all the corporate runaround. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep our tools and records. Most of our time is spent out in the field, often dealing with the mud and the heat that comes with working in Bihar. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordinating with different suppliers who don’t always arrive on time. We’ve had our fair share of long days where nothing seems to go right, but that’s construction for you. We don't have a marketing team or a bunch of slogans. We just talk to the people who need things built and then we go out and do it. It’s honest work, even if it gets messy and tiring. The guys on the crew are local and they work hard. We focus on the basics like making sure the concrete is mixed right and the measurements are correct. It’s just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will, even if we’re a little late because of the traffic in Muzaffarpur. We just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time.
