ESSENCE INTERIOR AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Danapur, right in Maharaja Enclave. Flat 505 to be exact. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out to work. Prem Kumar’s place is where we handle the paperwork. Mostly we are out at sites though. Interior work involves a lot of dust and noise. We take our tools and head to different parts of Patna. Sometimes it's a small flat, other times it's a whole house construction. It gets really hot here in Bihar, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before the sun is right overhead. We’ve been at this for a while now. We are just local people trying to make things look decent inside four walls. You might see our trucks parked near the enclave from time to time. It’s not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. We have some chairs, a few desks, and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. People come by to talk about their kitchens or how they want a new room built. We listen, write it down, and figure out the materials. Concrete, wood, and tiles make up our day. It’s not always pretty, especially when things get delayed because of rain or cement not arriving on time. But that’s just how this business goes. We stay busy and keep moving. Danapur is growing fast, so there is always someone needing something fixed or built from scratch.
