We are located over at Digha Ghat, near the X.T.T.I. in the North Gali area. Bindo Kumar’s place is where we handle most of the business for EPDS & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED. Being close to the Ghat means we are right near the river, and you can feel the breeze sometimes when it’s not too hot. This part of Patna has its own character, with the narrow lanes and the local shops. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy lobby. Our office is just a room where we plan out the next steps for our projects. Construction work around here can be a bit chaotic because of the small roads, but we make it work. We talk to the workers and the suppliers in simple terms. No one here uses corporate jargon because it doesn’t help get the job done. We deal with the daily grind of checking materials and making sure the sites are moving along. It’s dusty and tiring, but it’s what we do. We’ve been part of the Digha Ghat community for a while now. We like the fact that people can just drop by and see us. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles. We just want to do the work and stay busy. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in Bihar.
