Engary Systems Private Limited is located in Fedral Colony, which is part of Ishopur in the Phulwari Sharif area of Patna. We are based at Aisha Khatoon’s place, right near the Jannat-e-Shifa clinic. It is a very lively neighborhood. There are always people going in and out of the clinic, and there are several small shops nearby where we buy our snacks. Our office is tucked away in a residential street, so it has a very local feel to it. Inside, it is just a plain workspace with a few desks and some computers. We have a lot of cables and hardware lying around because that is just the nature of our work. The room is not very big, so we all sit pretty close to each other. It makes it easy to ask questions or get help with something. We do not have any big corporate rules or a human resources department. It is just a small group of us who have known each other for a long time. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. In the evenings, the street gets quite busy with people coming home from work. We usually wrap things up around then and head out ourselves. It is a very simple and honest way to run a business. We are just local people doing technical work in our own neighborhood. We do not need anything more than that.
