Emmison Construction Private Limited is located in the Phulwarisharif area of Patna. We work out of New Millot Colony, specifically in Sector 1. The office is at the residence of Ruhi Khatoon and her husband Parvez Akhtar. We are a local construction firm that stays busy with projects around the Patna-801105 area. It is a growing neighborhood, so there is always a lot of building going on. We handle the usual stuff like brickwork, concrete, and basic site management. We don't have a big team of sales people; we just have our workers and the people who run the office. Most days are spent coordinating with suppliers for sand and bricks or making sure the labor shows up on time. It can be stressful when the weather doesn't cooperate or when materials get expensive, but that’s just the way it goes in this industry. We like being in Phulwarisharif because it is where we live and we know the people here. We don't try to make our work sound more complicated than it is. Building a house or a wall is just about hard work and paying attention to the details. If you walk through Sector 1 of the colony, you’ll likely see some of the work we’ve been involved in over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep building.
