Eltrix Infra Structure Private Limited is right in the middle of Patna. We are on the 3rd floor of Hari Niwas, at 324 New Dak Banglo Road. Being on Dak Banglo Road means we are in a very busy part of the city. There’s always noise from the street and people moving around. Our office is a bit of a climb, but it’s a good spot for keeping an eye on things. We work on infrastructure projects. This involves a lot of planning and coordination with different departments. We aren't a huge multinational; we are a local group of people who know how things work in Bihar. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or in meetings trying to get permits or checking on project timelines. Infrastructure isn't the fastest business to be in. Things take time, and there are always delays you don't expect. We try to just keep pushing things forward bit by bit. The office has plenty of maps and site photos pinned to the walls. We don't really do the whole corporate "culture" thing. We just come in, do our hours, and try to make sure the projects we are responsible for don't stall. It’s basic, practical work. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay around for a lot longer, just doing our part in the city’s growth one project at a time.
