DRV Construction Private Limited is based in room 203 of the Shwastik Prabha Complex. We are right on the Main Road in Kankarbagh, which is a very busy part of Patna. Being in 800020 means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to get to different work sites quickly. The office isn't very big, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We handle various construction jobs around the city. It’s a tough business with a lot of competition, but we just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Some days are spent entirely on the phone trying to find materials, and other days I’m out at a site all day long. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy missions. We just build things. Kankarbagh is always crowded, so just getting to the office can be an adventure in itself with the traffic. We’ve been at this for a while now. We know the local labor market and where to get the best prices on supplies. People find us because they see our signs at construction sites or they know someone we worked for before. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We just keep moving from one project to the next, trying to stay busy and do a decent job for the folks in Patna. It’s about being there every day and making sure the work gets done right.
