Dream House Projects & Services Privatelimited is based in Rajeev Nagar, Patliputra, right here in Patna. We operate out of the home of Smt. Kumari Sapna, which gives the whole business a very local, neighborhood feel. It’s not like those big companies that have offices in glass buildings downtown. We’re right here in the residential area, which actually makes sense since we do a lot of work related to houses and local projects. Patna is a crowded city, and Rajeev Nagar is no different, so things can get a bit hectic during the day. We spend a lot of our time talking to homeowners and checking on various small-scale projects across the city. It’s a lot of running around, dealing with local shops for materials, and making sure the workers show up on time. To be honest, it’s a lot of stress some days, but we like being our own bosses. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. People usually find out about us through someone they know or just by seeing us working in the area. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how much it’s going to cost. There’s always some problem to solve, whether it’s a plumbing issue or a delay in getting the right kind of tiles. We just take it as it comes and try to keep things moving. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much break.
