Divyvihar Developers is located in the Makhdumpur area of Goraul, specifically in Enayat Nagar. We are based out of a local residence under the care of Urmila Devi. It’s a very local, grassroots type of business. We focus on developing small plots of land and helping people get their homes built in this part of the district. We don’t have a fancy storefront or a big neon sign. It’s just a room where we keep our files and meet with the people from the village. Working in Goraul means we know all the local families and the history of the land around here. This helps a lot when we are trying to figure out the best way to develop a site. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we don't bother with flyers or billboards. People just hear about us from their neighbors. Our team is small, mostly just a few family members and some regular laborers we trust. We do the work ourselves or stay on-site to watch over it. Sometimes the supplies are late or the electricity goes out, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to become a giant corporation; we just want to do good work for the people in our village and make a decent living. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We take things slow to make sure the foundations are right. Most people who come to see us are neighbors of people we’ve already helped.
