At Dilchand Vihar Construction Private Limited, we are located on Manglam Road in Khagaul. The office is set up in Manglam Colony, right near Bailey Road, which is always busy. Bharat Roy is the person in charge, and you can usually find him at the RPS address. The area around here has changed a lot lately with all the new shops and houses going up. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the construction planning. It’s not a very quiet place because of the traffic from the main road, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We deal with all sorts of building projects, mostly keeping things local. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. The days are usually filled with phone calls to vendors and checking on the progress at various sites. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we just have to sit and wait, which is a good time to catch up on some rest. We keep a stack of ledgers and some old files on the shelves. It’s a real working office, not a showroom. We just try to get the jobs done without any unnecessary delays. It is a tough business, but we have been around long enough to know how to handle it.
