Digrise Nirman is our company name, and you can find our office up on the 4th floor of the Manikunj Apartment. We’re located on Road No. 21 in S.K. Nagar, right here in Patna. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood, though we spend most of our time looking at blueprints and spreadsheets. S.K. Nagar is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming up, especially during rush hour. It’s an apartment building, so it feels a bit more personal than a big glass office tower would. We do construction and building work, hence the name Nirman. It’s a lot of work coordinating with laborers and suppliers across Bihar. Sometimes things run late, or a delivery gets stuck in Patna traffic, which happens more often than we’d like to admit. We try to be honest about those things because there is no point in pretending everything is perfect. We started this because we wanted to be involved in how the city is growing. It’s not just about bricks and cement; it’s about making sure things are built to stay. We have a small staff that keeps the office running while the rest of the crew is out in the field. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep moving forward, one project after another, and try to do right by the people we work for.
