Our place is located in Village Jhaichak, right on plot 471 in the Mauja Chatna area of Parsa. It’s a bit of a trek from the main Patna city center, but we like it out here because it's quieter. Dhari Engicon is basically a local operation focused on engineering and building work. We don't have a flashy glass building. Instead, we work out of a more traditional setup on Khata number 112. The team consists of local guys who grew up around these fields and know the soil. We spend a lot of time on-site, dealing with the daily headaches of logistics and labor management. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains come and the roads get messy. We take things one day at a time. Most of our work is about getting the foundations right and making sure the structures actually hold up under the sun. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. If you come by, you'll probably find us arguing over a blueprint or checking on a truck delivery that’s running late. It’s a noisy environment sometimes, filled with the sound of engines and tools. We’ve been part of the Parsa community for a while now. The village life suits us because everyone knows everyone else. It makes doing business more personal and honest. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one here in Patna that does what it says it will. That's pretty much the whole story of how we run things.
