Dev Chandra Infrastructure Private Limited

Dev Chandra Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 501 in the Gayatri Complex. This is over in Friends Colony, which is part of Ashiana Nagar. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the traffic below. It’s a pretty standard flat that we use for all our administrative stuff. We have a few desks set up in the main room and the kitchen area is where we keep the water and some snacks. The elevator in Gayatri Complex can be a bit slow, so a lot of us just end up taking the stairs if we aren’t carrying anything heavy. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time coordinating with laborers and suppliers. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go exactly as we planned. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone comes by, whoever is closest to the door just lets them in. It’s a very informal environment. We talk a lot about the different sites we have going on in Ashiana Nagar and beyond. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notices. It’s a practical space for a practical job. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home when it’s finished. It gets noisy when the neighbors are home, but we don't mind much.
