We've been operating out of Ghazi Villa for a while now. It's right there in NB Colony on Nawab Bahadur Road. Patna is where everything happens for us. People know us for building things, mostly houses and such. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get the work done. The traffic around here can get pretty bad during the afternoons, but that's just Patna for you. We spend most of our mornings looking over site plans and talking to contractors. Sometimes the materials don't show up on time and we have to make a bunch of phone calls to sort it out. It’s just Delcon Homes, a small group of us trying to keep things moving. We deal with a lot of local folks who want to put up a roof over their heads. Most days are just spent at the desk or out at the sites checking if the walls are going up straight. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign near the road. The weather here in Bihar gets so hot in the summer that work slows down, but we push through. It's a living. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Anyway, if you're ever around Nawab Bahadur Road, you'll probably see our gate. It’s a busy spot but we like it here.
