Deeprekha Developers Private Limited is based in the village of Bahuwara. To be more specific, we are in Tola- Rampur, near Puch-Chipura. Our office is at Manoj Kumar Singh’s house, and he is the son of Bhagat Singh. We’re in the 800007 area of Patna. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but we like being out here. We’ve been developing and building things for some time now. We are not into big corporate talk or fancy marketing stuff. We’re just local people who know how to work with our hands. We don’t have a polished mission statement or any of that. We just take on one project at a time and try to do it right. Being in a small place like Rampur means we know our neighbors. We deal with the usual problems of construction, like rain and getting supplies on time. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy what we do. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who are dedicated to the work. If you are looking for us, you’ll have to head out towards Puch-Chipura. We’re usually around and busy with something. We think it’s important to stay honest and just do the work without a lot of fuss. It feels good to see a new building go up and know we had a hand in it. We’re just a regular local business.
