Deekshabhoomi Developers is located over in the Patliputra Colony area of Patna. We work out of the Grand Apartments, specifically flat 103, where Ramyatan Prasad Singh keeps things organized. Patliputra is a well-known part of the city, and being based here makes it easy for us to reach different sites across Patna. We are not a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are a smaller team that focuses on getting residential and commercial projects off the ground. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people coming in to talk about their property. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the maps and documents spread out everywhere. Building things in a growing city like Patna means dealing with a lot of regulations and local issues, so we spend plenty of time at various government offices or meeting with neighbors. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything like that. We just want to finish the buildings we start and make sure they are solid. The work is often stressful, especially when deadlines are tight and the weather isn't helping, but we keep pushing through.
