Decarno Construction Private Limited is situated at Mahavir Nagar in Patna, specifically along Shiv Shakti Path on Road No-03. We are right by the 70Ft IOC Road, which is a very busy stretch of road where something is always happening. The office is at C/O-Hari Nandan Ray's place. Working in Patna means dealing with a lot of traffic and people asking questions every time we start a new project. Our day usually involves a lot of back and forth between the office and the various spots where we have workers. We mostly deal with the practical side of building, like making sure the water supply is sorted and the labor is there on time. It is a lot of hard work and most days we go home covered in white dust from the plaster or cement. The 800002 area is quite packed, so we have to manage our space very tightly. We keep our tools and some of the smaller supplies stored nearby so they don't get lost. It is just a regular group of us trying to make a living by building things that will actually last for the people living here. We don't use a lot of big words or have meetings that last for hours. Usually, we just talk about the price of iron rods or why the sand is late coming from the river. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
