Darbhanga Srijan Realtors (Opc) Private Limited is located at Sri Arbind Thakur’s house on Road Number 25 in Rajiv Nagar. Even though the name says Darbhanga, we are based right here in the Patliputra area of Patna. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of houses going up and people moving in and out. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller, more personal setup. We spend a lot of time looking at plots and talking to people about where they want to live or build. Patna is a crowded city, so finding the right spot takes a lot of walking around and checking things out in person. Our office isn't anything special, just a room with some chairs and a lot of paper files. We don't use much fancy technology, mostly just our phones and a lot of conversations. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we eventually get everything sorted out. We’ve been around the Rajiv Nagar area for a bit and know the shortcuts and the people. We just try to be practical about how we handle real estate and building work. It is a lot of back and forth between different sites. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished ads. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done every day. It is just life in the city.
