Crown IT and Management is located at Ashok Singh’s house in South Sheikhpura. This is part of the New Capital area in Patna, so it’s a pretty well-known spot. We’ve taken over a portion of the house to run our operations. It’s a solid building, and being in a residential area makes it feel more grounded. We don't have a giant sign or a revolving door. You just walk up like you’re visiting a neighbor. We handle both IT and management stuff here, so our desks are usually covered in a mix of computer parts and ledgers. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the week. We aren't some distant corporation with a call center. If you want to talk to us, we’re right here. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve made them work by organizing things as best as we can. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think, which is nice for Patna. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound like we’re from some big city in another country. We’re just local guys doing management and tech work. It’s a simple setup that allows us to focus on the tasks we have in front of us each morning. We like it here in Sheikhpura and appreciate the familiar faces.
