Crown Engicon Private Limited has its office on the first floor of the Gangotri Complex. We are right on Station Road in Dumraon, which is a very noisy and active part of town. Being near the Bank of Baroda makes it pretty simple for people to find the building. The office, room 101, is where we handle all the management and the planning for our projects. You can hear the trains passing by and the sound of the traffic on the road all day long. It is a busy atmosphere, but we like being in the center of things. We focus on engineering and construction work, mostly around the Patna and Buxar areas. The office is usually full of people coming in to talk about contracts or just to check on the progress of a job. We do not spend much money on decorations or expensive furniture; we just have what we need to get the work done. The staff is a mix of people from Dumraon and some who commute from further away. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to coordinate the movement of materials and labor to different sites. It can get chaotic during the peak season, but we manage to keep things moving. We prefer to keep our business dealings direct and simple, without a lot of unnecessary talk. It is just the way we have always done things in this office.
