People in Patna know Mangal Chowk pretty well, and that is where we have set up Crossover Infrastructure Private Limited. Our office is right there in New Jagan, at number 44, which is actually part of Munni Devi’s place. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It is just a practical spot where we get our daily work done. Patna can get quite busy, especially around the 800027 pin code area, so being centrally located at the chowk helps us stay in touch with what is happening on the ground. We handle a lot of the usual infrastructure tasks that come with growing a city like this. Most days involve a lot of phone calls, paperwork, and people coming in to discuss project details over tea. We do not really go for big speeches or polished presentations. It is more about figuring out how to get the next job finished without too much fuss. Being near Munni Devi’s house gives the place a bit of a local feel, which we like because it keeps things grounded. We have been operating from here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to the coming and going of our staff and the various site supervisors. It is just a regular office where we try to keep things organized. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look bigger than we are. It is straightforward, sometimes a bit messy when we are busy, but it works for us.
