Cratus Paraak Infra Llp is based over in Chhajubag. We are located in the Om Shree Complex, specifically in Flat No 402. Sri Rajiv Agarwal is the main contact point here. Chhajubag is one of those central spots where there is always something happening. The complex is a mix of different people and small businesses. Our office is a simple one, just a flat that we converted so we have a place to sit down and handle the infrastructure side of things. It can get a bit loud outside with the street noise, but inside we just focus on the paperwork and the project planning. We travel around quite a bit from here to check on different sites. Being in an apartment complex means we do not have a big storefront, but people who need us usually know the way up to the fourth floor. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. It is mostly just folders, blueprints, and a lot of tea while we talk about the next steps for whatever job we are on. The work keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine. We just handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. It is a straightforward operation and we like being in this part of town because it is easy to get to other parts of the city from here.
