Cowork Land Llp

You can find us over at Patliputra Colony at 222/223 B, care of Dr. Chandan Kishore. We go by the name Cowork Land Llp. Patliputra is a well-known area in Patna and it is a pretty good spot for what we do. We set this place up because people needed a simple area to get their work done without too much fuss. It is not a high-end corporate hub, just a practical space with some desks and chairs. We spend a lot of time making sure the internet stays up and the power is running, though we have to deal with the same outages as everyone else in Bihar. We have had to replace the coffee machine three times now because it gets so much use. It is those little things that keep the place running though. There is no big marketing team here. It is just us handling the day-to-day stuff and talking to the people who use the space. Some folks are working on big things and some are just starting out. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so people do not feel stressed. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make room for someone new, which is a bit of a juggle but we manage. We do not make big claims, we just provide a room where things can happen and people can work.
