It is a residential area so it is a bit quieter than the main road. We do construction and development work all around this side of Patna. Despite the name, we are a very down-to-earth operation. We spend most of our time dealing with the reality of building like getting the right permits and making sure the labor shows up on Monday morning. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the water table is high and we have to pump out the site before we can even start the foundation. Binod takes care of the main office work while the rest of us are out on the field. Our office in Vikas Bihar Colony is just a room with some chairs and a table for meetings. We don't use big words or marketing talk. We just tell you what can be done and how long it will take. The weather in Phulwarisharif can be quite unpredictable so we always have to watch the clouds. We’ve been building in this part of town for a while. We know the local people and the local shops. It’s a lot of sweating and heavy lifting but we keep moving forward. Most of our new jobs come from neighbors who saw our previous work.
