Our base of operations is in Laxmi Nagar, right around the Agam Kuan area of Patna. Specifically, we are at Chhoti Pahari, which is a place with a lot of history. Pursotam Kumar is the one you’ll usually find handling the day-to-day stuff. We combine construction work with some development projects, which keeps us pretty stretched. The area around Agam Kuan is always moving, and we try to keep up with it. It’s not a shiny office with leather chairs. It’s more like a room filled with site maps, measuring tapes, and a few old chairs. We aren't big on corporate talk; we just like to discuss how many pillars a building needs or how the drainage is going to work. Working in Chhoti Pahari means we are close to the action. We see the progress of the city every day. Sometimes we have to deal with delays in getting supplies, but that’s just the nature of the construction business in a place like Patna. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure the walls are straight and the materials are what they should be. It’s a lot of sweat and checking things twice.
