You can find us on the second floor of building number 6 in Jyotipuram Colony. We are right along the Ashiana Digha Road here in Patna, which is a pretty well-known spot. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic outside, which never seems to stop. It’s a decent space for a development company like ours. We spend most of our time here going over plans for new buildings and trying to coordinate with all the different teams we have out in the field. The 800025 area is growing fast, so there is always something happening right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few rooms with files everywhere and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want a place where we can sit down and do the work. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we eat while talking about which site is running behind or where the next shipment of cement is. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We’ve been in this colony for a while and the neighbors know us as the people always carrying rolls of blueprints up the stairs.
